Painter, cleaner and jack of all trades needed immediately for lovely apartment complex located in Fayetteville, NY. Must be able to "hit the ground running" and be prepared to wear many hats. Prepping and painting apartments, some cleaning and lawn work are just a few of the duties you'll encounter at this position. Experienced painter preferred but will train the right person.
