Seeking maintenance supervisor/technician for a quiet apartment complex in Anderson, Indiana. Hablamos español. The position is responsible for supervising all on-site maintenance operations such as HVAC repairs, plumbing repairs, work orders, electrical repairs, landscaping, and any other necessary repairs that may arise. Applicant must have heat and air (preferred journeyman) and plumbing experience and are knowledgeable in all phases of multi family maintenance. Must have experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration etc. Perform turns (painting, drywall, installing light fixtures, cleaning, and maintenance) of all vacant units. Complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner. Prepare all vacant units for occupancy, landscaping & during the summer months maintain the pool. Winter months aid in snow removal from sidewalks. Complete preventative maintenance activities. Help maintain all common areas of the community. Supervise contractors working at the site. Must have a good work ethic and be a good team player Option to live on-site with a rent reduction Pay is commensurate with experience.
