Need one skilled handyman TU thru SAT for 2 or 3 months on carpentry, drywall, minor plumbing, minor electrical, demolition... on an ongoing home renovation. Start 8-26 with hours between 730 and 4 with a mandatory 30m lunch (35-40 hours per week) and must be on payroll. Those with solid construction skills and tools will be preferred. May need to do some work in a tight crawlspace under modular home. Mechanical skills in wiring and automotive are also preferred. Need DL copy and I9 documentation and will need to complete a W4 - phone interviews immediately. Must be able to lift 80#. Bring gloves, boots and lunch.
