Howdy! Small project currently but looking for someone that can help on many future projects. Need someone experienced in painting and drywall repair to help tune up an old condo. Kitchen and bathroom remodeling is next! Interested people should have some basic hand tools, but I will provide all materials and equipment needed. Perfect extra side job for someone in the trades or maintenance already. Goal is to work together generally on fridays and the weekend since I generally work my dayjob M-Th. Please only respond if you are available Friday and/or Saturday and/or Sunday THIS weekend. Willing to pay 20+ $/hr for someone who works hard, shows up when they say they will, and has the ability to do good quality work. I manage several rental properties so ideally this will lead to more work at other locations if we get along!
