Description

This position requires full manual dexterity; ability to kneel; stoop/bend; push/pull; lift/carry/move items up to 45lbs., as tasks requiring these abilities may occur repeatedly throughout the workday. Event set-up of tables, chairs, and in some cases props, stage and dance floor. It is necessary for applicants to speak and hear clearly and see properly with corrective lenses if necessary. Must be able to read basic instructions and write clearly in English. Must be able to work outdoors, when necessary, in variable temperatures, that include wind, rain, cold and extreme heat. Must have good reasoning skills and be mentally alert and detail orientated too. Physically strong and agile. Possess a clear understanding of methods as they relate to the use of small power tools and other equipment used in facility set-up and basic small maintenance work. Able to operate small truck, golf cart and light motorized equipment. Able to perform duties that require clearing walkways, organizing areas and furniture around pools and Tennis courts. Required to maintain daily fuel and fluid levels for small truck and certain small equipment, reports equipment problems and/or failures to department manager. Performs minor repairs, like painting certain areas throughout the property and other miscellaneous duties that arise from day to day.
