Paragon Spray Foam Inc. Currently is seeking for a Helper/ Laborer wishing to become part of a fast-growing and rewarding company! The Spray Foam Helper performs the essential functions of the position, which include assisting in getting materials ready prior to being dispatched out to the work site, making sure jobs sites are prepped for spray foam installation, and cleaning up job sites during and after the job is finished. This position will require the ability to perform rigorous physical activities, such as working in small crawl spaces, Tall spaces, and the ability to work in high temperatures for a short period of time to perform the essential job duties. Helpers must be able to properly follow instructions and procedures provided by spray foam leads and the production management. Our Ideal candidates should be hardworking, positive, eager to learn, and self-motivated with prior experience in the construction field. Applicant must have a valid CA driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to fulfill all labor duties that include heavy lifting, loading, and unloading trucks with the material. Must be able to follow proper safety PPE usage of wearing a full mask respirator and full body suits at all times while performing job duties or on-site. Compensation & Benefits : -Starting at $17.00- $18.00 an Hour -Medical Insurance -Dental Insurance - Vision insurance. -401 K + Company Match. -Competitive Pay -Weekly Pay -Paid time off -Opportunity for growth and advancement Work Schedule: -5:40 AM start time -Overtime opportunities are available Main Responsibilities will include: -Occasional operating and driving of company vehicle to project locations -Assist with loading and off-loading material from the company Vehicle to the warehouse -Safely set up and take down temporary scaffolds, ladders, and other structures -Ensure all vehicles are maintained in fully working condition (including fueling and pre/post checks) and report any vehicle irregularities immediately. -Assisting the Installers/ Foreman with general tasks of preparing the work site for installation -Scrapping and removing old insulation material -Following all proper safety procedures Job Qualifications to be considered: -Must have a valid Class C (standard) driver’s license -Must have a clean driving record -Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience - Prior Box Truck 16ft -20ft driving experience preferred -Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred -Prior experience in the construction field is preferred -Must be able to stand for long periods of time -Must be comfortable working in small spaces -Must be able to work in high temperatures for short periods of time -Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. -Ability to work long hours -Must have a strong work ethic & be willing to learn
