Private residence in search of an all around houseman. The position would include the following task: * Driving principal as needed * running errands (picking up orders/coffee/drop offs) * Touch ups around the household if anything minor needs to be fixed * Mowing the lawn (this is flexible as we can hire a landscape team if needed but any experience here a plus) * Dismantling any boxes that arrive from purchases * Assisting housekeeper/staff with any heavy lifting or trash * Walking dog when necessary (PA usually handles but may require backup when pulled away) The position is very busy during summer time as this is when family is in town and you would be expected to be on standby but throughout the year it is very lowkey creating an enormous balance. Think long weekends and half days. Considering this is an all around job flexibility is key. It is mainly for two very busy CEO's so it's important to understand their schedule is very demanding.
