Suncrest Commercial is seeking to hire an experienced handy/maintenance man. We have several residential communities that need attention around San Diego.
Must be capable of repairing / replacing the following:
Garbage disposals
Light fixtures
Ceiling fans and switches
Electrical components (outlets, gfi's, switches)
Cabinets
Exterior trash pick up / breakdown unwanted furniture
Mouldings
Doors and door frames
Drywall and paint
Vinyl flooring installation
Appliance installation
Grout, tile, caulking
Light plumbing
Pressure washing
AC filter change
Leak inspection (opening up drywall, etc.)
Occasional dump runs
This scope of work will be aimed at apartment turnovers and tenant maintenance requests.
Bilingual is a plus, but you must be able to speak english.
Troubleshooting skills are mandatory.
Must:
Have own truck/van and tools
Be able to work under pressure and strict deadlines
Must be ok with walking up and down stairs
Great attitude and team work are essential for this position.
