We are looking for carpenters of all skill levels to join our team! If any of these positions speak to you and your skill level, please reach out. Carpenter I: $18-22/hr DOE 0-1 year experience in carpentry. Has basic knowledge of carpentry and is willing to learn. Takes safety procedures seriously and is able to follow directions from the Project Manager and other team members. Carpenter II: $21-26/hr DOE Experienced in one or more stages of remodeling/renovation: - Concrete Masonry - Rough Framing - Understanding of Rough Plumbing, Electrical or HVAC - Drywall - Carpentry - Trim/soffit's/siding - Flooring/Carpet/Tile installation - Cabinet/door installation - Possesses the knowledge and ability to identify safety and production concerns and prevent issues before they arise - Has experience in the safe erection of scaffolding, personal fall arrest systems, and ladder safety, as well as leaving a clean, safe work site for our clients Carpenter III: $25-32/hr DOE - Assisting Project Manager in checklist completion and some task delegation - Performing high-skill and daily carpentry & construction tasks must have experience in demo to finish. - Reading scopes & understanding blueprints, we want to be able to leave you on a job site with complete trust that you will complete tasks up to industry standard and above clients’ expectations, all the while staying on schedule and on budget. - Must be willing and comfortable using construction software apps and using a mobile phone to communicate for work, track your time, and read scopes & specs. - Should have a standard personal collection of carpentry and remodeling tools to use for work - Good product knowledge and material purchasing routines – the ability to gauge material needs and order what you need to complete work - prior to arriving on the job site - Math and measurement proficiency - Courteous Client Communication - offering well-educated solutions to client/project issues while maintaining a high industry & high-quality standard of work Remodel Project Manager $30-40/hr DOE - Manages multiple projects bags on & and assists teams in production, - Manages job-side client communications, change orders, material verifications, trade scheduling project changes, etc.) - Must have at least five years’ experience in Remodel Trades - Ability and willingness to mentor and direct less skilled technicians according to company policy and adhere to quality standards - Must be willing and comfortable using construction software apps and using a mobile phone to communicate for work, track your time, and read scopes & specs. - Should have a standard personal collection of carpentry and remodeling tools to use for work - Must have a clean driving record Minimum Requirements - Must be authorized to work in the United States - Must be able to perform physical tasks for the position (bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, etc.) - Must be willing to take a background check for the company - Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle - Must have a smartphone and be willing to use it for work purposes -May be assigned to wear a respirator and/or self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) as needed.
