NW Employment Solutions needs 2 full-time ENTRY LEVEL day shift ORDER SELECTORS and Load QC Specialists immediately for a well-known, brand new distribution center in CLACKAMAS, OR. This is a temp-to-hire position with a merchandising company that supplies lighters, cigarettes, glass, vapes, etc to local Plaid Pantry, 7 Eleven, and more. Previous experience is nice, but not required with the right skill set and background. START IMMEDIATELY! Position: Order Selector Location: Clackamas, OR Days: Sunday - Thursday Shifts: Day Shift: 6am - 3pm Swing Shift: 12pm – 9pm Rate of Pay: $18 to start (Quality Check/Loaders Earn More) – WEEKLY PAY! Duration: Temp-To-Hire. Company offers health benefits and PTO plan as well as room for growth. Duties: Picking quick-mart orders and placing the correct pallets on trucks QC specialists need to confirm the orders on the pallets and check for accuracy Perform all duties related to shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, repacking, and security of products. Any other duties required Requirements: Must be able to frequently stand, bend, lift, and reach to perform necessary job functions and tolerate repetitive work. Must also be able to lift 40lbs occasionally. Must have a strong work history, even if no logistics, order selecting, or warehouse experience. Good attendance is essential for this role. This role mostly operates indoors with occasional outdoor work. Non-slip shoes required. Previous pallet jack experience preferred.
