In need of a rescue

I have had my tabby cats for 3&4 years. They are so sweet and lovely but they have behavior issues which are; They have been urinating outside the litter box & i have done it all … vet visits.. multiple litter boxes.. plug ins … & nothing changes. I have contacted rescues but all of them are full. If anyone could rehabilitate them that would be great. They are both neutered & male. They are inseparable too.. the little one loves his big brother so I wouldn’t want to let him go alone … there will be a rehoming fee unless it’s a reliable rescue
