Russian Tortoise and Enclosure

Looking to rehome our Russian tortoise. My husband bought him for me from a pet store in Wilsonville. He was hoping he would make a good office mate, but as a male tortoise he really wants to "run". So instead I have an office mate who scratches at his cage all day even though it is quite large. I can't let him outside as we have several really large dogs. From what I can tell he is about 10 Years old and fully grown. Would love him to go to a home with someone who has time to to spend with him. Comes with everything you see in pictures and asking $100 to cover cost of the new enclosure we just bought as I thought the problem was the old large glass terrarium originally, but I think he just wants to roam.
