The General Forman is expected to be a field management position spending roughly 80% of his/ her time in the field managing job sites, conducting safety audits and ensuring quality assurance to our customers. • Provide training, coaching, mentoring as needed to team members. • Will be an approved company Driver and must hold a valid driver’s license throughout employment. • Will be a field manager with an expectation that 80% of the time, his or her time will be spent on job site locations. • Firm knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in traffic operations related to heavy/highway construction work. • Experience managing crews/jobsite Salary Range: $50,000+
