Parents, we need your help...again! We have been learning so much from you and want to keep it going! Otter -- www.withotter.com -- is on a mission to create a world of care and opportunity by connecting parents who need childcare with stay-at-home parents who can care for their kids. We are constantly growing and are looking to interview parents about their childcare experiences and perspectives in regards to childcare swaps. A childcare swap is an arrangement between parents who each alternate caregiving for their own and each other’s children. This allows each family to have time without any children in exchange for time spent caregiving for the children of all parties involved. Depending on the agreement, parents may pay one another with money, points, time or whatever they decide is fair. The interview will take about half-an-hour via a recorded Zoom call.
