Handyman and or Crew

I need a Knowledgable crew or a handyman. (or 2) House Flips... Touch Up Paint, Repaint areas, Touch Up Texture, Outlets, Switches and Plates.. Trim Repairs, laminate or glue down floors, replace or adjust doors, Kitchen cabinets adjustments...etc Some jobs require hauling Materials or Debris. This is a a Sub-Contractor gig. Pay by job, Not an Employee or hourly. Materials will be Delivered or on job when start, sometimes you will have to pick up via phone sale. You will get a list of work and sign a contract to complete it. Pay is based on Investor pay sheet... Not going to be bidding or negotiating... Pay and work are steady and consistent. Do NOT respond if you cannot do the work or DON'T have a good Truck or trailer... Pay is generally 5-10 days after Completion, once the work is approved by the Investor.
