What Will You Be Doing - Our part-time positions are involved in customer service, cleaning, merchandising, and inventory management. • We offer a flexible schedule that can include daytime, evenings, weekends and early mornings, totaling 10 +/- hours per week. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES CUSTOMER SERVICE, you are… • Identifying customer issues and work to create solutions. • Recognizing areas where we can increase same store sales. CLEANING, you are… • De-icing units on a consistent basis. • Cleaning the rails of freezer doors for easy customer access. • Making sure the glass is clear and inviting for the customer.\ • Ensure fixture is clean and in good standing. MERCHANDISING, you are… • Organizing and ensuring we have a well-merchandised display. • Pricing each freezer with our price cling. • Removing non-ice cream (Blue Bunny) items from the freezer • Replenish display with the product on-hand. INVENTORY, you are… • Assisting store on inventory control and damage product counts. • Providing product inventory counts (as needed). • Provide inventory counts on freezers and fixtures.
