Accessible Space, Inc a national nonprofit provider of affordable, accessible housing for individuals with mobility impairments is seeking an experienced Part Time Handyman/Light Maintenance worker for our location in Topeka, KS. (SE 28th Street) **This is not an entry level position - you must be able to perform minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns and complete work orders in a timely manner** Should also possess excellent time management skills, and be able to work without direct supervision, professional demeanor along with the ability to communicate in a professional manner is a must. Candidate should be able to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. - and be able to work without direct supervision.
