Someone to do oil change and basic maintenance on diesel boat motor

I'm searching for someone with experience to do some overdue maintenance on my Kabota 18hp diesel inboard boat motor. This is actually a Universal M-18 motor but its basically the same as a Kabota 18hp tractor motor. I have the cross-refrence numbers for the motor and parts. I purchased this Catalina 27 sailboat from the widow of the owner. He owned the boat since new in 1984. He maintained it himself. The boat is in great shape. But he only did basic maintenance, such as oil and filter changes. I had planned to do this work myself but I do not have the time because of new obligations which have arisen. So, I'm looking for someone who has experience either with Kabota or simimlar tractor motors or Universal diesel boat motors, perhaps a retired person who owns and maintains a similar boat, who can do an oil and filter change, change the fuel filters, change out all of the hoses and belts, and remove and possibly clean (polish) the diesel fuel in the tank. There are only a few gallons in the tank. I'd like to have this work done in the next two weeks, if possible. I will pay a commensurate amount based on experience and availability. I have not been able to find a boat mechanic in the area to do this work that has avaialblity for the next several months, if at all this year. Again, I'd like to have this done in before the end of this month (July). I'd also like to find someone who can do some basic electrical wiring replacement on the boat, as well. If you can do the engine and electrical both, and you have experience in this area, please contact me and let's discuss. This is the perfect amount of work for a retired person who either has experience in this area and/or owns their own boat or has in the past, likes to dabble in boats, and could use some extra spending money. I expect the motor work will take 2-3 days and the electrical work another day or two. The more experience you have in this area, the shorter the timeframe, I'm sure. I have all the cross refrence numbers for the Universal M-18 motor and the Kabota 18hp tractor motor and all the parts.
