Assembly Technician Individual job duties may include: Assemble precision assemblies, set up and operate drills, reamers, countersinks, and spot face. Install press fit bushings and force fit bushings. Assemble a variety of production aircraft and spacecraft parts and install aircraft equipment. Assemble aircraft bench top assemblies with or without the aid of jigs and fixtures by drilling, reaming, countersinking, stop countersinking, dimpling as assigned, burring, fastening, filing, fitting, aligning, trimming, shimming and remove surface defects as assigned. Minimum 2 year assembly experience required. Minimum 2 year of experience with sheet metal assemblies, drilling, countersinking, riveting, and fastener installation Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Aircraft assembly experience Candidates should have the following qualities/skills: Blueprint reading Ability to use general metrology tools Problem solving Be detail orientated Experience with all types of aircraft fasteners such as rivets, pull rivets, hi-loks, ect.. Minimum 2 year of aircraft assembly experience Minimum 1 year aircraft sealer experience Apply in just 2 minutes!
