I am in need of someone who can do both plumbing and electrical work to complete an Air BnB tiny house project. It’s under 300sq ft. All materials are onsite already. I have advertised this before and was in contact with a few folks and have unfortunately now lost all that contact info, so starting from scratch I guess. We are looking for someone who is serious minded about their business, is consistent with communication and who can demonstrate at least basic professionalism. We aren’t rich; the money that we have for this is all the money we have. This is our investment for the future, and we just really need help finishing it. The scope is as follows: DWV for: 1 shower, 1 commode, 1 Lav, 1 kitchen sink--again, we have all the fittings, tools, and supplies and I believe all holes for both drain and vent are already drilled. \There is also a 125' sewer line trench that's hopefully still ready to have the 3" PVC installed, which we have but need you to glue all that PVC (we had to get the 10' PVC sticks but at least it's the bell end kind so no couplings) as well as make the connection into the septic tank. Finally, we need you to connect to the water supply at the house so we bring fresh water to the Air BnB, and then set up the Manabloc Pex manifold we have to distribute the water. Somewhere in here we need to hook up a tankless hot water heater. The electric: wire the panel in the Air BnB and connect to our panel in the house It's a bit of work, not gonna lie.
