We need a professional to assist with our rental properties in the downtown area. Some are still under renovation, some are rented and have ongoing repair needs, and there's always maintenance to be done. This is a guaranteed work schedule Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday each week. All of the properties are in the downtown area near Prisma Health complex and Harden Street. A typical week might be replacing some sheetrock that's been damaged, renovating a bathroom with new vanity & toilet, installing laminate or vinyl plank flooring, installing ceiling fans, cutting back branches on a property's tree line, replacing some wood on the homes exterior fascia or soffit, swapping out a hot water heater, getting a property ready for the next renter, etc. Each day is a little different but it's all in the scope of renovations, repairs and property maintenance. Possible opportunity to work more days based on the individual. Must be reliable, experienced, and able to do quality work. Pay is hourly and above average.
