Our team is looking to hire sign installers. Our experienced, knowledgeable and extremely passionate staff is looking to add team members to help expand our company. We are dedicated to training and development of our employees, so the possibilities for growth are limitless. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Installation of signage – vinyl, dimensional lettering, illuminated letters, monuments, wall signs, foundation work, etc. - Understand and have knowledge on all aspects of assigned projects, including site layout, sign types, message schedules, install locations and installation expectations. - Daily reporting to project managers and install lead on project progress, photos of completed signs, updates on challenges and solutions on site - Work in a variety of site environments – commercial buildings, residential buildings, healthcare, construction sites, etc. - Light truck maintenance such as cleaning, taking truck in for oil changes, etc. - Attend Monday installation meetings - Assist with organization and staging all products for next day - Build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and all sub-contractors Our team works Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm – overtime, weekend hours and travel are sometimes required. Things we’re looking for: Driver’s License (required) Excellent communication and attention to detail Comfortable with working in a crane at large heights Team Mentality Dedication and Loyalty Welding/Electrical Experience (preferred) CDL License (preferred) Sign Knowledge (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: COVID Vaccination is highly recommended. Masks are required to be worn on all customer sites and within the office if necessary per CDC guidelines.
