Perform trash policing and cleanup duties for interior and exterior areas of warehouse sites, retail centers and office buildings. Learn/Perform all aspects of commercial maintenance including replacing lamps and ballasts, ceiling tile replacement, wall repairs, and other minor/general repairs as well as assisting technicians with projects as needed. This is a Monday - Friday, day time position (8a-430p) with some occasional on call/overtime requirements. This position can grow into a building maintenance career for the individual that is eager, punctual, detail oriented, self motivated, able to follow written and verbal directions, excellent customer service skills, technology oriented/interested and mechanically inclined. Reliable transportation with current insurance and valid drivers license is required. Background check and MVR are required.
