We are currently seeking Inside Sales personnel to join our Denver team! We are a full-line, authorized, stocking distributor of top brand retail, industrial/commercial petroleum equipment products, lubrication equipment and systems, automotive lifting equipment and systems, and carwash equipment and chemicals. Our ideal candidate would be able to provide excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills. In this role, you will need to be able to generate parts quotes for customers, answer incoming calls and emails, and assist techs and warehouse personnel. Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): • Answering incoming calls from customers • Assisting customers at the retail parts counter • Answering emails regarding parts used on jobs • Ordering parts and pulling replacement parts for the techs • Assisting service techs and warehouse personnel • Transferring parts from the main warehouse location to the truck location (as requested & vice versa) What We’re Looking for: • A professional and flexible mindset • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and writing quotes • Ability to pass a drug screening test (including THC) • Ability to pass a criminal background screening Pay for this position is $22/hr.
