Position Description: Dedicated, hard-working crew leader with experience to provide commercial grounds maintenance and snow removal services to our residential and commercial customers in the Pennsylvania/Maryland area. As a business we aim to provide quality ground’s maintenance and outdoor services while being alert to the needs of our customers. Crew leaders are representatives of the business and have experience in leading and directing a mowing or landscaping crew. Crew leaders provide professional interactions with customers and may assist with preparing estimates for services. We are a family-oriented business that values our employees’ personal and family time. We work 4 days a week ( 4 10hrs friday off ) no weekends, except for snow removal season. Vacation and sick. Our services include: - Mowing, flower bed and landscape maintenance - Tree, shrub, flower and seasonal planting - Edging, mulching, and landscape stone - Light grading and seeding - Residential and commercial snow removal and ice control Skills/Equipment Used: - Commercial mowing equipment - Trimmer/edging, blower - Snow blower - Snow plowing Experience operating equipment and leading a grounds maintenance crew is necessary. A team player with a positive attitude is necessary to lead a crew by example. Pay: Full-time, per hour, overtime Benefits: Vacation, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, Company Uniforms.
