Position Description: Dedicated, hard-working crew member to provide commercial grounds maintenance and snow removal services to our residential and commercial customers in the Pennsylvania/Maryland area. As a business we aim to provide quality ground’s maintenance and outdoor services while being alert to the needs of our customers. Employees are representatives of the business and need to be a team player and have professional interactions with our customers. We are a family-oriented business that values our employees’ personal and family time. Our services include: - Mowing, flower bed and landscape maintenance - Tree, shrub, flower and seasonal planting - Edging, mulching, and landscape stone - Light grading and seeding - Residential and commercial snow removal and ice control Skills/Equipment Used: - Commercial mowing equipment - Trimmer/edging, blower - Snow blower - Snow plowing Experience operating equipment is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is welcomed. Also accepting applications for contracted snowplow drivers. Please apply and express interest and schedule availability. Pay: Full-time Hourly with Overtime. We pay for experience the pay range is a starting pay, the more exp you have the higher you start at.
