Our Clearwater located warehouse that manufactures and sells packaging supplies is hiring for a Shop Helper to join the team. This is a full time position with a tremendous amount of growth opportunity! The responsibilities of this position include operating the band saw, loading/unloading, sorting, and lifting. You must be able to read a tape measure and make accurate cuts utilizing the band saw, working with large drops of raw material. Our ideal candidate has the ability work hands on and stand for long periods of time, and okay to work in a non-climate controlled environment. Candidate must be able to commit to the schedule and have reliable transportation. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm - no weekends Responsibilities & Qualifications: -Must be able to read a tape measure and make accurate cuts utilizing a band saw -We need someone with band saw experience or similar experience -Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience -Have to be eager to learn and be a team player -Must be physically able to lift, bend, and pickup large drops of raw material -Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time -Ability to work in a non climate controlled environment -Reliable transportation Starting pay: $16.00 per hour with performance based increases in your base rate of pay, and great benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO & Paid Holidays after the probationary period.
