Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Performing daily work orders •Turn over of units •Painting •Drywall •Electrical •Plumbing •Knowledge of HVAC •Candidates must have reliable transportation and be willing to provide on-call emergency services. $17 P/H Monday- Friday 7:30 am -4:00 pm MUST ATTACH A RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR POSITION!!
