1. What’s your First and Last name telephone number & where on island do you live. (this job is in Haleiwa) 2. Send a brief description of any experience related to Farming, we will be Harvesting (shaking branches with a stick) nuts and dragging them to the next tree till it’s full and will be bagged up. Pretty simple and basic but endurance is key since we’ll be outside.. 3. Need Schedule and Availability for the whole month of August into half of September.. (need 3 to start on July 18th) and 9 more to start August 1st Let me know when you would be able to start and I’ll call you for a phone meeting this week.. • I need Full availability Monday-Fridays but we can work on a schedule if you have another job/school one or two days a week. •You need to have Transportation to Haleiwa Town at 8am-4pm • 30 minute Paid lunch @12pm. •2 paid 15 minute breaks at 10am & 2pm Please be there 7:45am just in case.. sorry but being late more than once will be asked not to come back. •If you show up on time to all the agreed upon days their will be a bonus at the end of the Harvest. $10 for every day you showed up on time with good attitude & not on your phone.. •So if you need to take the bus I need to know that as well becuase its 15 minute drive onto private property and need to coordinate a pick up. That’s why being late won’t work! This Job will be Outdoors, We will have water and coffee provided but you need to bring a lunch for the day. This is 1099 @ $17.50an hour. Pay days(checks) will be 2 weeks after the first Friday and every other Friday after that.. Cash optional but $15 an hour if I’m paying your taxes.
