Hello Class member! Thank you for signing up for our class We are excited to use technology to make these meetings work. Before we start, Here are our expectations: • The class is 5 hours long with breaks, • If more then one person will be on the loan, make sure everyone is in attendance (i.e. if a husband and wife are co-applying for a loan with the down payment assistance, both need to attend the class) • Please login 5-7 minutes before the class to give yourselves time to work through any tech issues. You may have to wait a moment or two but just hold tight. • Make sure you have your webCam and speaker set up, we need to be able to confirm attendance throughout the lesson. • This is an interactive class, so questions are welcome • We will discuss breaks and classroom etiquette when we start the class. • Upon successful completion of the class, we will email you your class certificate.
