We are looking for an experienced full-time Porter for a Residential Cooperative in the Morris Park section of the Bronx. Must be flexible with schedule and hours. General duties include but not limited to: • Cleaning of high touch surfaces, windows, elevators • Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of all common areas and exterior perimeter of building • Trash removal from the trash room and compactor rooms Requirements • Able to lift 50 pounds. • Able to work a flexible schedule • Must be reliable and professional. • 1-2 years custodial or porter experience • Good Interpersonal communication skills to interact with coworkers, property management and Board of Directors.
