Description

This class is for all levels and open to beginners as well as continuing students. Sarah from the Yoga Army will be teaching a variety of postures and breath work within a slow to moderate pace "flow” yoga style. Her class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility, and class will end with an extended period of relaxation. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required because you can pick and choose which poses work for you as the class flows. This event will occur rain or shine as we can also sip inside if the weather does not cooperate. Please bring your own mat!
