Rise $ Thrive is a Morning Activation system that supports participants starting or restarting their morning ritual to help nourish mind, body, and spirit. Each session gives participants an opportunity to use the natural cycles of nature to map energy, moods, set their daily intentions, revisit their weekly and monthly goals, journal, breathe, create or listen to affirmations, VISUALIZE/SCRIPT, move and meditate to help start their day in a focused fashion. Bring your chair or yoga mat to sit under the stage at Mill Point Park. Bring your water, journal, crystals, ear buds, incense etc.
