Small move needed

Hi all, I am working to clean out my home to and I need to move some items out to a family member's garage in Silver Spring or Olney (TBD). I will be looking to move an eliptical machine, box spring, and some other small furniture items such as book cases, side tables and some boxes. Ideally, the move would take place on Monday, 7/18.
