 Presented by Darlene Lesser,Attorneys at Law, Blankingship & Keith PC  (Pre-Requisite Session 1)   The hands-on workshop is a follow-up to the session 1 class where an experienced family law attorney will assist you in actually creating YOUR own personal Equitable Distribution Worksheet which is used to find the fair settling point in your case, saving you thousands of dollars in the divorce process.  Before you agree to anything, you must know what you are entitled to and the correct settling point for your case.     Location TBA. Refund, Cancellation, No Show & Re-Scheduling Policy: Refunds (not including the processing fee) will be issued with written cancellation notice 72 hours in advance of your program. No Show Participants who register for the workshop but do not attend or cancel their registration less than 72 hours prior to the start of the program, will not receive a refund. Re-Scheduling - If you are unable to attend, you may re-schedule for the same workshop on another day, (a re-scheduling fee may apply).
