Wellfleet Youth Film Festival & Preservation Hall presents: Fun with Filmmaking! A four-day intensive filmmaking workshop for youth at Wellfleet Preservation Hall - 10am - 3pm daily, with a break for lunch - Ages 10-18 are welcome - Registration is FREE (parental consent and waivers required for students under 18) - No experience necessary, enthusiasm required! About the workshop: Learn about the filmmaking process from first ideas through first screenings. This four day, hands-on workshop will cover topics including: *Screenwriting *Script development *Production design *Postproduction We will look at different forms that films can take (animation, narrative, documentary), and study some examples of each genre. We will also look wardrobe, lighting, sound and editing. The course will be tailored to the ages and experience of the student pool. Learn skills that will help you make a movie to submit to the 2022 Wellfleet Youth Film Festival later this year!
