Framer/Carpenter Cheyenne, WY Job details: Frame a 14' X 12' addition to existing 12' X 22' garage. Making the entire Accessory dwelling unit (ADU) a complete living space. The entire space will be 36' X 12' upon completion. Specifics of job: Must be able to read floor plans and have the skills to frame. Must send pictures of prior jobs. Being licensed is a BIG plus! Job Type: Contract labor. Qualifications: Construction: 1 year (Preferred) Driver's License (Preferred but not required ) Professional License (Preferred but not mandatory) Full Job Description Framing a residential 12' X 14' garage addition. Framing also includes a bathroom. Just the framing not the finish work for the bathroom, for a disabled person. Subcontractors may be needed and include: Plumber Electrician Drywall HVAC Finish Carpenter (SEE ABOVE) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Depends on experience and willingness to work.
