Laughter, movement, and human connection are some of natures most powerful and neccesary forms of medicine. stretch out your body to release tension and loosen up with a gentle yoga flow that is beginner friendly, afterwards we will gather in a circle for a cacao ceremony, and then spend the rest of our time playing within human connection games together that will allow us to discover and unlock our playful, creative, and expressive side with others in a way that will foster friendships with like-minded individuals.
