Come join us for some fresh air, an amazing farm, and yoga with our adorable goats @ the North Shore Animal Center in Northport on Tuesday and Thursday nights 6:00pm —7:00pm at 264 Vernon Valley Road. $30. Pet, cuddle, photograp, and feed the Goats a snack. That time is as therapeutic as yoga itself. Being with animals lowers blood pressure,reduces stress, and anxiet, and promot feelings of comfor, peace, and happiness. Goats will be available to interact with before, during, and after class. We encourage you to take lots of pictures but please silence your phone. Having a special Birthday Party, Surprise Party, Batchlorette Party, Divorce Party, Team Building Event, Family Reunion or Girls Night Out, please call Donna @ 631-754-0566 to book an event or Janice @631-875-1670 about the classes. This event sells out quickly so please register now if you plan on attending. Arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to sign in, set up and meet our goats. Please bring your Yoga mat and wear a tee shirt as our goats love to jump and climb. PARKING: Follow the Goat Yoga Parking Signs and the Cedar Croft Farm Sign and pull into the field and pull all the way up to the fence by the house.
