The last Friday of every month, this summer the JWR Museum Home will host a family-friendly concert on our beautiful lawn. Bring your own food and snacks and enjoy $5 drinks provided by Sun King, Hotel Tango Distillery, and Easley Wines. For our second performance we welcome Him&Her! Latoshia and Joel Everson are a timeless duo with unique sound that reflects indie rock, soul, and melody, they are pushing past entertainment and diving head first into something much more special. A night spent with Him&Her is one that engages and invokes energy, vibe, and heart. They leave the audience high on what can only be described as partnership, wherein the soul of the audience blends together with the spirit of the band. CONCERT INFORMATIONWhen: Friday, July 29th! Gates open at 5:30pm with music starting at 6:30 and lasting till 8:30pm. The grounds will close at 9pm. What to Bring: Your ticket gets you through the gate, but it's bring your own seating! We encourage you to bring your own blankets and chairs and find a comfy spot on the lawn. Food and Beverage: We encourage everyone to bring a nice picnic dinner, but light snacks will be available for purchase. Also, no outside alcohol is allowed, but $5 drinks from Sun King Brewing, Hotel Tango, and Easley Winery will be on sale throughout the night. Parking: Limited parking available at the JWR Museum Home on a first come first serve basis. Additional street parking is available on Vermont and Mass Ave, but we encourage attendees to walk or uber to the show! On-site restrooms will be available.
