Allow yourself to have a moment for you in this special session with local Breathwork Teacher and Global Speaker Katy McCoy. Katy is a global breathing teacher, speaker, and retreat host known for helping people find personal transformation and balance in body, mind, and breath. Her work has come to life from her own personal transformation, and she will show us a small glimpse of how recognition and utilization of our breath can help us to reduce feelings of overwhelm and reclaim our own internal power.
