Suggested donation $15 This week’s offering at our Seikred Space Unitarian Universalist Church of Oak Cliff Yoga Nidra/lucid dream meditation Saturday July 16th 6-8 pm *teas served are non caffeinated This is a primarily silent space. Please remove your shoes. Set an intention that serves you. We are vulnerable and transparent in this space. Breakaway from the noise of society. We shelter here to reprieve from the world of demands. Please bring a quartz, pillow, pen and journal to assist you in yoga Nidra and something for the community altar. We may quietly speak between our sessions of astral travel during instruction, teaching and reflection times if needed but it is kept to a minimal until we have all safely journeyed and come back safely in our bodies. This space is small and intimate and capped at 10 -12 participants at a time inside. In order to remain open and abide by our promise to be a safe container.. COVID-19 tracing is done for liability safety & health reasons, masking or safe distancing encouraged in our indoor space. Our labyrinth and short walking portal is open before doors open and after doors close as a grounding resource. There will be instructions provided for new attendees or beginners.
