Five for 10 - Buffalo Bayou

Our second ride in the Five for 10 series will take riders through the beautiful Buffalo Bayou. Participants will take a private tour of the Buffalo Bayou Water Cistern followed by a bike ride through Buffalo Bayou Park's amazing bike trails leading to Waugh Bridge just before sunset where we will hear from a bat colony expert and watch the bats take flight into the night. This ride will be hosted by Houston Bike Share Board members Paul SoRelle and Michele Nezi Marvin, who also has the privilege of working for the Buffalo Bayou Conservancy. There's a suggested donation of $20 to ride, but we hope you can donate more. All funds go toward our big 10th Anniversary fundraising campaign, The Great Bike Raise, to add more bikes to the BCycle system.
