Drum Journey Circle: In many spiritual traditions sustained rhythmic drumming is used to induce a trance-like state of awareness. Izzy will guide the group through the creation of sacred space and use the drum to safely escort you into the spirit world to communicate with your guides, guardians, and allies. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow. Whatever you need to be comfortable. You are welcome to bring crystals or any other significant item you would like to have infused with this light energy. Bio: Izzy is an Energetic Safety and Trauma Specialist certified in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method and as a Medical Reiki Master. Izzy specializes in treating trauma, PTSD, and addiction. She frequently work with clients who have autoimmune disorders, adrenal fatigue, and other stress-related health issues. Izzy has been practicing Earth-based spirituality for more than 20 years. She is a Certified Medical Reiki Master and an ordained minister attuned to the master level in Traditional Usui Reiki and Usui Holy Fire Reiki. Izzy created the Guardian Method and The Feileacan Trauma Release Technique™. She is also the founder of The Order of the Crows, a priesthood tradition honoring the Morrigan.
