RJ Sparks, COO/CFO, Semper Solaris, BS in Accounting and Finance from USC. He is an experienced executive leader with over a decade of experience leading teams through growth, change and development. He loves building teams that work together to solve complex problems and is passionate about People, Communication, Data and Process. RJ is described by others as a “compassionate, kind, and highly productive leader who is always looking to help everyone do their jobs better.” We saw that ourselves in our first session of the year in March when he was here to support his Executive Director of HR who was part of our first panel.
