Description

The workshop will focus on the following area: labels placed upon us breaking stereotypes big ticket items that make and break us finding compassion for ourselves forgiveness for others overcoming obstacles taking ownership of our truths patterns of our behavior being our best selfRegistration includes a copy of Cristina's book "Finding Mercy" which is used as a guide for the workshop. Finding Mercy in the Madness challenges readers to examine their behaviors, choices, and consequences throughout their lifetime. It studies the impact of labels and statistics and how those can alter our paths, unknowingly. As we journey through the author’s four decades of life lessons - tragedy, triumph and resiliency – we see how our lives are oddly similar while also drastically different. We learn to acknowledge the significance, not only of the big events that happen to us, but all the smaller steps in between. Discover the importance of mercy, forgiveness and compassion - for each other and ourselves. Readers will be able to find comfort in knowing others share the same struggles. This is a work of self-reflection by the author which strongly encourages readers to do the same as you journey together. You will feel all the emotions that go along with growing up and letting go. Learn more about yourself and how you got exactly where you are in this moment - and why you were meant to be right here.
