Life Coach Rebecca Spotten and Therapist Andrea Garn have partnered to create the Hope & Healing Retreat: an intensive healing retreat for women working through divorce or relationship loss, who are ready to take ownership of their own healing. We've both been through divorce and understand the healing and transition that happens after divorce or even the death of a spouse. Our aim is to empower you with confidence to fully own that transition. The Hope & Healing Retreat will be held in beautiful Bancroft, ID, near Lava Hot Springs, September 23-25. Every experience from the moment you arrive until you leave has been curated to support and facilitate deep healing. Combining our years of personal and professional experience, you'll be nourished body and soul with comforting foods, nature walks, EMDR group process (different than individual EMDR therapy which we highly recommend!) , empowering paradigm shifts, real tools you can use, healing hot springs, and the catharsis of connecting with others in a safe environment.
