Premier Bay Area Fire Sprinkler Contractor seeking experienced as well as entry level motivated individuals to join our growing team. Our company specializes in design and installation, service, and inspection of fire sprinkler systems. Job Description: The Fire Sprinkler Inspectors’ duties include inspection, testing and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems and related equipment. The Inspector will provide accurate, detailed inspections reports and all other required documents. This person should be a self-motivated individual, with good customer service skills, strong organizational skills, strong written and verbal communications, and exercise effective time management. Duties & Responsibilities: Perform pre-scheduled routine inspections, testing and maintenance of fire protection systems. Identify and document deficiencies - including follow-up information for quotes. Complete inspection reports / work orders - via iPad and/or Laptop. Responsible for operating with minimal supervision while performing fire protection inspections. Communicate with office staff on status of job, delays, or customer requests. Capability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers & AHJs Qualifications: Highly motivated, energetic team-oriented individual. Professionalism and respect when dealing with customers, residents, owners, coworkers etc. is a must Strong mechanical aptitude Must be able to understand and interpret codes, standards and plans Ability to travel and have a flexible work schedule Must be able to use general hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check Have a valid driver’s license Our focus is on building strong relationships with our employees and customers.
