Route Driver/Laborer compensation: $21.00/hr. employment type: full-time Laborer/route driver trainee Family owned and operated, Rayne of Santa Cruz has been providing water softeners and water treatment systems for homes and businesses throughout Santa Cruz County for over 50 years. Our company is currently looking for a team player to fill the position of Route Delivery Driver trainee. There is no prior experience necessary. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Include: • Deliver water softeners and filters • Follow local routes and time schedules • Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating the delivery vehicle • Process spent tanks • Excellent customer service Requirements: • Valid Class C Driver's License • Clean DMV record free of felonies, misdemeanors, and violations • Heavy lifting capabilities required. Our delivery drivers lift tanks ranging from 50lbs to 150lbs, multiple times throughout the route • Must pass a drug test prior to employment Benefits: • $21.00 per hour • Paid medical • 401k • Paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave Principals only.
