Maintenance & Facilities Groundskeeper Needed!

We are a large preschool looking for someone to fill out Maintenance and Facilities Groundskeeper position. This position is on a school campus and requires the hired maintenance person to work around kids and have a safe and friendly disposition while doing so. All maintenance tasks performed must be done with the safety of the kids and the benefit of our center in mind. Maintenance responsibility and requirements are, but not limited to, the following: Must past background check Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record Clear communicator Organized and detail oriented Must be flexible with work hours - weekends and nights if needed Understand and practice safe working habits Preferred 2 years of experience working in carpentry, construction, or property maintenance Proficient with using power tools, such as table saws, miter saws, and other heavy machinery Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs Experience with janitorial Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions Must be able to stand, sit, squat for an extended period of time High energy Friendly Environmentally conscious Avoids gossip Dedicated to to making our campus pristine
